Windows 8.1 is now available from Microsoft at įurther information for developers and IT professionals about Windows 8.1 RTM: The final RTM version, a major update which includes numerous bug fixes and improvements to genuine license holders of Windows 8, has also been leaked online by a group named WZOR since last month, according to major IT news sources:
Microsoft has relinquished its previous statements that it would not provide Windows 8.1 RTM to developers on MSDN or Technet and has since published the following versions on both services.
